Billing

We set up each listing by hand and bill through Stripe. For a monthly listing, we charge the monthly price you agreed to when you signed up, then again each month. We bill fish cleaning station listings monthly from April through November only. The $99 featured spot includes the listing.

For a pay-per-lead listing, we send you one invoice a month for the trip requests we sent you the month before. We confirm banner placements (Port Sponsor, Homepage Marquee, report sponsor) with you before any charge.

Cancelling

Listings are month to month with no contract. Cancel any time at Manage my listing or by contacting us. Your listing stays live until the end of the month you've paid for, and we don't refund that month.

What we need from you

Charter boats must hold a current USCG license (OUPV or Master), and river guides a current NYSDEC guide license. We check before a charter listing goes live and may remove a listing if a license lapses.

Everything you send us must be accurate, and you must own or have permission to use the photos and logo you upload. You give us permission to show them on this site and in our fishing reports and social posts that feature your listing.

What we do, and don't, promise

We show your listing where your plan says it appears and pass on every trip request we match to you, with its trip code. We can't guarantee a number of views, leads or bookings.

Bookings, prices, payments and cancellations are between you and your customer. We are not a party to the trip.

Changes

If we change a price we'll tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you. We may decline or remove a listing that's inaccurate, unlicensed or inappropriate. If we remove it, we'll refund the unused month.
